How it Works
· The host calls out a word.
· Each team has 30 seconds to write it down.
· If you’re right, your team continues to play.
· If you’re wrong, you can pay $25 to stay in the game, or coax someone in the audience to pay for you (until the final round).
· Final Round: No Immunity Stings are available in the final round.
Sponsorship
· This event raises money for scholarships for local high school seniors. Funds will be provided to the Rotary Club of East Montgomery County for use in their annual Project Connections scholarship event.
100% of proceeds for scholarships
All proceeds raised at the 2012 Spelling Bee will go to scholarships for our local high school seniors.
These funds will be used to sponsor scholarships at the annual Rotary Club of EMC’s Project Connections event held in February of each year.

Get back in the game after a spelling mishap! Can only be used in Rounds One and Two.
